Carriage & Returns


We charge cost prices on postage. This includes packing material and postage costs. All orders are sent out first class post, same day if the order is placed before 3pm (excluding weekends). There are no hidden costs, and for all orders over £65, postage is completely free.


If you need to return a faulty or damaged product, then you must email us first for a returns number (RMA). We will replace faulty or damaged products within 7 days of receipt. Return postage to us is payable by the customer. If we find that a product that has been returned is not faulty or damaged, we will charge our normal postage rates which must be paid before the item is sent back.

We will not accept any returns without an authorised returns number.

All products remain the property of Balloon Twisting until they have been paid for in full, including all delivery costs.
