Postage

We charge cost prices on postage. This includes packing material and postage costs. We send items out using a mixture of 1st Class (1-2 Days), 2nd Class (3-4 Days) and Parcel Post (3-5 Days) depending on which is the most cost effective for your order. There are no hidden costs.

Returns

If you need to return a faulty or damaged product, then you must email us first for a returns number (RMA). We will replace faulty or damaged products within 7 days of receipt. Return postage to us is payable by the customer. If we find that a product that has been returned is not faulty or damaged, we will charge our normal postage rates which must be paid before the item is sent back.

We will not accept any returns without an authorised returns number.

All products remain the property of Balloon Twisting until they have been paid for in full, including all delivery costs.
