A great Mickey/Minnie mouse hat based on the Cow hat design by warrenann
Balloons used are 2 black 260 1 white 260 1 beige 260 or skin tone. inflated to a palms width uninflated
the mouth beige 260 3 medium petal twists 1 small petal twist.
back of head palms width bubble, pinch twist, small bubble, pinch twist, small bubble, pinch twist, palms width bubble. lock twist back of head bubbles together with mouth. bring black back up for palms width bubble lock twist with center pinch twist. save scrap for nose.
the ears second black 260 make them as big as you want.
make a circle tie off and cut free. same from other ear.
the eyes white 260 lock twist with mouth palms width bubble lock twist around center pinch twist palms width bubble lock twist with mouth again.
may use head with a body from here or loop white for hat you decide.
make nose with scrap black small bubble.
to make Minny use red 260 for bow.
that's 2 small petal twist then pinch twist leave extra for tying bow to your Minny mouse balloon hat center pinch twist used for that.
